Shipping policy

We make every attempt to ship, same day, if the order is received before 3pm, or within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.  Prefer shipping method is USPS Priority, typically arrives within 2 to 3 days, depending on the location.  Delivery speed is determined by the US Postal Service and are not guaranteed by Encounter.   Please contact the store, before placing your order, if you require overnight or faster delivery time.   Encounter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when proof of deliver is provided by the carrier.  Complete tracking information will be provided upon request.  If your package is confirmed 'delivered' by the USPS, please contact your local office if you are unable to locate your package, once delivery has been confirmed.
